| Serene Shores Resort is a single cabin resort on the East shore of Scattering Rice Lake on the Eagle River Chain. This cabin is located in a neighborhood of summer cottage owners. The area is quiet and peaceful with very friendly neighbors. Its location on the East shore offers beautiful sunsets on clear days. The fishing is good for musky, walleye and panfish, which at times can be caught off our permanent pier. There is a sand shore line out to about a three foot depth and the remaining depths holds a mud bottom. | ||

The cabin is two bedrooms with a queen size bed in the large bedroom and a bunk bed and single bed in the smaller bedroom. The living room is large with a hideabed, TV, DVD player. The cabin is finished in natural wood paneling. Kitchen facilities offer a gas stove, microwave and the necessary items to prepare vacation meals. A gas log fireplace offers cozy comfort on cool days, and a full bath completes the cabin offering. |  |
| A 14 foot motor boat and 10hp motor is included with your stay, for a $30 per week charge. There is no charge for firewood for your evening's campfire.
Pets are not permitted. This is a non-smoking facility and the maximum number of people we accommodate is six. Lake Forest Golf course is one mile down the road and for the winter snowmobilers we are located on the snowmobile trail. The rate is $725.00 per week for up to 4 persons, with check-in at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and check out at 10:00 A.M. the following Saturday. A $300.00 deposit is required with the balance due at check-in. Additional persons (up to six total) will be charged $25.00 per night per person. We also offer per night lodging at $125.00 per night with a 3 night minimum for up to 4 people. For the fifth and sixth person add $25 per night per person. For one and two nights $135 per night for four people. Bed linens are furnished, bath towels are not furnished. |

Spend a one week stay at Serene Shores Resort the last week in March
or the first two weeks in April and participate in and learn how to make pure maple syrup. Then
take home 2 quarts of this syrup. This is also a quiet time to spend in Eagle River and experience
the local atmosphere.
Spend one week during the first three weeks in May and with your stay one day of guided fishing with Yukon Jack will be included at no charge. This is the best fishing of the year and two or three people can enjoy this experience. |
